Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my one bedroom apartment at the Village Promenade. Rent is $500 per month, but price is negotiable.

I will pay your once a year $300 Community fee and your $20 first months HVAC monthly fee.

You can move in as soon as possible.

Apartment is fully furnished, has a full washer and dryer, couch, coffee table, side table in living area, mounted tv, dinning table for 2, California style walk-in closet, balcony, small dishwasher, microwave and oven. You get a desk, side table, bed and bed frame in your room as well.
