Your rental space is the entire upper floor which includes living room, full kitchen, bath and 2 spacious bedrooms. Large deck fronting living room. Bedrooms open to smaller deck on opposite side. Furnished with fridge, gas range / oven, microwave, small kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, smart TV, linens, kitchen & bathroom starter supplies.Included: electricity (within limits), gas, catchment water, wifi internet, yard service and garbage collection. Share tropical fruits when in season. There are no pets on the property but neighboring properties have pets and animals.

House water supply is through rainwater catchment, filtered to remove impurities and UV disinfected. Water containers are provided if you wish to fill with free municipal water nearby or purchase commercially purified water.
