The building is located right in the center of Hollywood. Easy access to restaurants and nightlife right in the neighborhood. It is only a couple minutes walk to the Hollywood/Highland mall, Dolby Theater and TCL Movie theater

Less than a mile to Runyon canyon hiking trails

There is also easy access to the 101 freeway.

The metro red line Hollywood/highland station is only a five minute walk. Train gets you downtown in 17 minutes



The apartment is fully furnished including two queen beds and plenty of closet space. Pictures available

The building has on site laundry and a pool.
