Chelsea, MA 02150 This is very close to Charlestown, MGH, and Boston, and connecting routes for Longwood Medical Center by car or public transportation (the property sits on the MBTA bus line and train line). One North is the only apartment building in greater Boston where residents can walk out of their front door and get to either North Station via the Commuter Rail, or South Station via the Silver Line!

This place is one of the best places that you could stay. It really is the ultimate stay-cation. There are two pools, one is a longer "swimming lap" pool and the other is more of a lounge pool. The parking is garage-secured access only and so is the building as well. From inside the garage where you would park for this unit, there is an elevator that will bring you up to the correct floor. Parking and all utilities, plus use of all amenities and private mail-box are all included. This is a pet-friendly community also with an amazing dog run plus an on-site Dog Daycare & Spa by Fetch, The DogFather Company

If you are interested in applying, I will draft up a lease with the dates and monies due for you to review. I will also send you a Fully Furnished Checklist with everything that the apartment will come with. As mentioned these are New Condos that will be newly furnished. We use very comfortable King size memory foam mattresses and beds so you are able to get good sleep after your long work hours. Both the lease and furnished form will be signed by me, the owner of our company. From there you would fill out the application which allows us to do a background check. Also, our company allows the use of a credit card for payment of rent and move-in costs. See the move-in cost listed after amenities.

These are big 2 bed, 2 bath units with private washer and dryer in the units. Base rent is $2200 per roommate. Garage parking is available for both tenants if needed and this is also a pet-friendly community.
