The entire 4-bedroom apartment has a total of nine (9) beds, a kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms shared by the tenants.

The four rooms are a single, a double, and two triple occupancy rooms. All rooms have twin sized beds, study tables, dressers and/or closets. What we have available now is one spot in a triple sharing room with male roommates.

Featured in this unit are a comfy living room, beautiful kitchen and eat-in area, washer and dryer in-unit, and a balcony with seating and a barbecue grill.

We are looking for responsible individuals to rent a furnished apartment for either the summer session, fall semester, spring semester, or the academic school year. This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.
