The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking: refrigerator, oven, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, pots and pans, etc. Theres a flat screen HD-TV with streaming services and high-speed fiber optic wireless internet. Cleaning fee of $120, air conditioning fee of $100 per month applies during the summer. Prices are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional guests are charged at $20 per night per person (up to a maximum occupancy of 4 persons).
