We charge a 30E cleaning fee and require a 150E deposit that will be returned at end of your stay (provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal wear). 25% fee increase applies during the holidays (Christmas, New Years,exhibitions etc) and throughout major city exhibitions and events. (In case you are a firm and need receipt, taxes will not be included).
