This apartment is on the second floor of the building and is on the same floor as the package delivery room AND the dry cleaning/laundry send out service. The doorman building has a 24/7 team that can come fix the apartment should you need any assistance (though we rarely have had any issues). The top floor has a study room, large outdoor lounge space with lounge chairs, comfy chairs, a basketball court, and a gym (with Pelotons!).
