Located a few steps from the center of SantAgata li Battiati, this delightful independent house is a perfect starting point to explore the beauties of eastern Sicily (Catania, Etna, Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello, Alcantara Gorges, Taormina, Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi, Noto, Vendicari Reserve). It is 18 km from the Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, 27 km from the Sapienza Refuge (starting point of the Etna cableway at 1910 meters above sea level) and 8 km from the sea (Riviera dei Ciclopi).

The house, recently built, is composed of two levels. The ground floor includes a living room (with fireplace, sofa, TV, dining table and chairs), a furnished kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, table and chairs); a bathroom with a wide shower, a laundry with washer-dryer, and a closet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms (with a double bed, a single bed and a french bed) and a bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower.

The house is equipped with an independent gas heating system, two air conditioners, an outdoor parking space with automatic sliding gate, hedges with automatic irrigation system, an emergency water tank with autoclave, a barbecue, and a stone oven with woodshed.
