The apartment is fully furnished, has 2 DOUBLE ROOMS, one with private balcony, and 2 SINGLE ROOMS , parquet,2 BATHROOMS FULLY EQUIPPED BOTH WITH SHOWER, living room with balcony.



There is an extra bed in the living room plus a sofá bed, and it can be used for 2 additional people. The kitchen has been equipped for self-catering purposes, and all the bed line and towels are provided. I also provide hand soap and toilet paper.

There is FREE WIFI, TV with satellite channels (mostly TV though)



The apartment is located in a pedestrian street, in the coolest area of Barcelona, the most typical and underground district: the Raval.

The neighborhood is safe and secure with plenty of fusion restaurants, bars, pubs and very nice shops and supermarket just in front of the building. There are also a lot of Art Galleries and museum, like MACBA, (the modern art moseum) is just 4 min walking.

Its next to Barrio Gotico, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia (Gaudi houses) where you can find the biggest and the best shops of the city and more.

2 minutes walking there is a metro station and a bus station (plaza Universidad).

You can reach La Sagrada Familia and the beach by walking 20 minutes or by metro (3 metro stations)
