being shared costs between roommates on rent, utilities, food
and other hosuehold expenses.

Inhabiting a Shared Rental means portioning household chores
amongst roommates. Costs such as utility fees along with the
rental cost can also be divided up. A schedule can be created
to deem who is responsible for cooking, cleaning and other household
chores. Keep in mind that while shared rentals offers the
ability of dividing household and financial responsibilities
up amongst roommmates, a certain amount of privacy will have
to be sacrificed.
