| Hi, I am 30 years old, I work , go to school and I have my own business on the side responsible from home at times. I have been in my new townhouse since the end of October 03 and I am looking to rent out one, maybe 2 rooms. One room for rent will be unfurnished while the other can be either. The bathroom on the upstairs will be shared with possible 2nd roommate and guests (family).
