This is a GREAT apartment..and I wouldn't be trying to sub-lease it if I wasn't moving to Spain. It is on Belmont...just 3 blocks from Belmont Harbor. The living and dining rooms are HUGE...I think they spec'd out at 17x 20 each!! It has 11 foot ceilings and is pet friendly. As a matter of fact most tenants have at least one dog or cat. The people that live in the building are friendly...but non intrusive. Also has a shared porch on the back
